Las Vegas: Tineesha Lashun person of interest in strip shooting (Video)Homicide investigators have identified a person of interest in the February 21, 2013, triple Las Vegas: Tineesha Lashun person of interest in strip shootinghomicide which occurred at the intersection of South Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road.
Tineesha Lashun Howard, also know as Yenesis Alfonzo, 22 years of age of Miami Florida, has been identified as being inside of the black Range Rover at the time the shots were fired. Howard is a Cuban female standing 5’8” tall and weighing approximately 120 pounds with green eyes and dark hair. She is currently listed as a missing and possibly endangered individual from the Miami Florida area. In addition to her most recent mug shot, several photographs depicting the suspect in this case, Ammar Harris, together with Howard accompany this release. Howard’s criminal history includes arrests for: Soliciting prostitution [multiple arrests],Trespass [multiple arrests], Possession of a stolen vehicle, and Grand larceny trick

At approximately 4:20 a.m. today LVMPD Officers responded to the intersection of Flamingo Road and South Las Vegas Boulevard to investigate reports of a multi-vehicle traffic accident. Arriving officers determined the accident was caused by a vehicle which abruptly entered the intersection after being involved in an altercation during which shots were fired.

The altercation is believed to have originated in the valet parking area of the Aria Hotel and Casino. As the two vehicles involved in this incident exited the valet parking area into the Northbound travel lanes of Las Vegas Boulevard, the occupants of a Black Range Rover discharged several rounds from an unknown firearm into a Maserati passenger vehicle. Both vehicles continued Northbound on Las Vegas Boulevard. The Maserati entered the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road, causing multiple traffic accidents involving a total of six vehicles including the Maserati. One of the vehicles involved was a taxi cab which caught fire following the collision.
The driver of the taxi cab and the cab’s passenger were pronounced deceased at the scene. Both the driver and passenger of the Maserati were transported to the UMC Trauma Center where the driver was pronounced deceased. Additionally, three occupants of other vehicles involved in this event were transported to area hospitals with minor to moderate injuries.
The vehicle suspected of firing the shots in this incident is described as a newer model black Range Rover with tinted windows and large black rims and is believed to have been occupied by multiple black male adults. This vehicle was last seen traveling Northbound on Las Vegas Boulevard from the scene.

Las Vegas: Tineesha Lashun person of interest in strip shooting (Video)Ammar Harris, 26,  also known as Ammar Asim Faruq Harris, was identified by authorities Saturday night as their primary suspect.

Police think he got into an argument with a Rapper Kenny Clutch, at a valet stand and later shot Cherry in a roadway attack, which resulted in a collision that killed a taxi driver and his passenger.

Ammar Harris had previously been arrested in Las Vegas on suspicion of kidnapping, sexual assault, being an ex-felon in possession of a gun and robbery, police said. “And that’s just in our jurisdiction,” Las Vegas police spokesman Marcus Martin was also reported to have said, “He has a habit of not appearing in court, too.”

Police Capt. Chris Jones said that Harris’ black Range Rover was found Saturday afternoon at an apartment complex east of the Vegas Strip and was impounded as evidence.

Cherry’s father held a news conference Saturday decrying the depiction of his son in some media reports as a gangster. Cherry’s attorney, Bob Beckett, said Cherry was unarmed and had no apparent criminal history in the past eight years other than traffic citations.
