On 4-17-2013 around 4:50pm officers responded to the 500 block of Holly St in Northwest Atlanta regarding a person shot call. Upon arrival officers located a male and female (both in their twenties) who appeared to have been shot multiple times and were both deceased. The preliminary investigation indicates that the incident began as a domestic dispute between the suspect and the female victim. At this time investigators are working to confirm the identity of the suspect and locate him. He is described as a black male, approximately 28-years-old, with a thin build. The suspect left the scene without a shirt.
Atlanta Police Homicide Investigators were able to identify the suspect and develop probable cause to charge him with these homicides. On 4-21-2013 Michael Oneal (DOB 6-17-1985) was arrested and charged with two counts of murder. He was transported to the Fulton County Jail
