Katy Perry-Russell Brand LA Mansion can be Yours for only $6.95 Million
Even though the highly publicized divorce of teen idol Katy Perry and funny man Russell Brand has been finalized since last summer, Perry has not been able to sell the couple’s LA mansion. The couple reportedly never lived in the 8,835 square foot home after purchasing it for $6.5 million in 2011.
When the couple divorced, Brand transferred full ownership to Perry.
The mansion sits on 3 acres with a pool with a waterfall and includes a carriage house.
The house has two guest wings, 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, stained glass windows, a stone foyer, and a sweeping staircase.
For only $6.95 million, the entire estate can be yours.
