Jennifer Aniston is already in pretty amazing shape. The starlet wanted to be even leaner and fiercer before the camera for her stripper role in ‘We’re the Millers’. She sizzled on screen! Forget that cayenne and lemon water diet, drop the juicing and forget about the smoothie craze. Aniston reveals simple tips to how she came out on top, looking amazing.

“I was on a very like, you know, greens and vegetables and lean proteins and kale.” Aniston said. Nearly two months ago the sexy star had knee surgery, so she had to making working out well work for her to maintain toned during her stripping scenes. Unlike most cheat days for the average woman, when a cup-cake or small pizza  make craving entry, Aniston denied the cravings. “When I really wanted to have a cheat day I had to have a kale chip,” she admits.

Looking at this “stripper diet” concocted by Jennifer Aniston shows some amazing things. She simply ate healthy! Kale is a tremendous source of vitamins and nutrients. It also remains one of the healthiest foods in the world. It lowers the risk of some cancers, reduces the chances of diabetes and supports the body’s detoxification process. Knee surgery news for the ‘We’re the Millers’ actress may be new for some. After her first surgery, many thought Aniston was on the road to recovery. The ‘Horrible Bosses’ actress states, “I have a hole in a tendon that’s leaking fluid,” she shared. “Is that pleasant? It hurts. It feels creepy. But let’s not talk about that.”

Much luck to the sensational stunner for her surgery, but curiously this does make some eyes narrow. ‘The Enquirer’ (yes how trust-worthy is that?) stated BFF Demi Moore contacted Aniston and advise she get some work on her knees, and we’re not talking the health kind. Moore underwent a complete body lift herself, including a knee-lift surgery, something she is reportedly pressing her friend to have. A friend of Aniston’s fiance Justin Theroux rolled their eyes on the comment sharing, “Justin thinks Jen is perfect, and the only thing wrong with her are some of her friends.”

You can’t tell from the sexy moves displayed, that Aniston is gritting her teeth on the pain level. She handles it like a pro. Needless to say, she earned her body with hard-work. Aniston has long credited her fit physique to Yoga and toning exercises. Working out does amazing things to the body, by raising the endorphin hormone and of course weight loss. Without proper eating, results can end up badly, where you are fighting to maintain the weight you have, rather than the body you want.

Jennifer Aniston is all about healthy eating and taking it seriously. The 44-year-old looks tremendous and can still play a stripper in a movie. Get lean like Aniston by committing to a healthier eating plan that incorporates lean meats, vegetables and lots of kale. In addition, work out at least three times a week to earn that perfect stripper body.
