Legend of Korra

Legend of Korra Book 4, Nickelodeon has announced, will be here in just a few more weeks, so do not lose your mental or physical balance, Legend of Korra fans! The spin-off of Avatar: The Last Airbender will premiere on Friday, October 3, and will be available for viewing either at Nick.com or through the Nick.com app. Each episode of Legend of Korra Book 4, called Balance, will then air on subsequent Fridays.

Though fans were ticked off that Legend of Korra moved at mid-season to Nick.com, they were glad that they could still get their fix of this exciting and enthralling series. When Legend of Korra creators, Mike DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko, assured fans that the show was not going to be canceled, merely moved, Legend of Korra fans were somewhat appeased and followed their favorite animated adventure series through their favorite electronic devices.

With the finale of season three of Legend of Korra just two weeks in the past, Nickelodeon’s announcement means that there will be only a few short weeks between the seasons. It is important to have a happy balance in life. Fans of Legend of Korra will regain that happiness soon, with the premiere of Legend of Korra Book 4, Balance, this coming October 3.  Legend of Korra

Each season, or book, of Legend of Korra thus far has proven to be even more exciting and interesting as the last one. With amazing animated action sequences and engrossing, entrancing plot lines, it is little wonder that Legend of Korra has become a much-loved and followed animated series.

Bryan Konietzko and Michael Dante Dimartino, in a brief video, promised that Legend of Korra Book 4, title Balance, will hold many surprises and will be, in a word, “awesome.”

The Legend of Korra Book 3 seems like it ended only yesterday, though it was a couple of weeks ago. With Legend of Korra Book 4, Balance, the rest of the 52-episode original commitment that the creators made to Nickelodeon will be completed. After the 52 episodes end with the concluding episode of Legend of Korra Book 4, fans will likely be quoting Oliver Twist and saying “More, please. I’d like some more.”

The dynamic duo creators of Legend of Korra promise that each chapter, or episode, of Legend of Korra Book 4 will be well worth watching. The title of the fourth chapter reportedly will be “The Calling.”

Legend of Korra first made its appearance on the television screen in 2012. Since then, it has been a successful and highly-rated cartoon series even though Nickelodeon yanked it mid-season in July and relegated it to their website and Nick.com app. What did not kill it, made Legend of Korra that much stronger of a series.

One of the many great things about Legend of Korra is that the voice talent has some pretty big Hollywood stars included in the cast. For instance, Married With Children star David Faustino (Bud Bundy) does one of the voices, as does J.K. Simmons, from the TV series The Closer. Aubrey Plaza, from the comedy series Parks & Recreation, also provides her vocal talents. The countdown has begun, Legend of Korra fans! What is taking Friday, October 3, so long to get here?
