Eight students injured in California1Contributed By Roy Denish

Hemet, California: Eight students and an elderly lady sustained injuries when a student driving a truck plowed into a group at Hemet High School today.

The victims were mowed at an intersection by a truck driven by a student of the school. Police said the driver was in right only turn lane but instead of turning right drove straight, running a red light and hitting the students.

Three students are in critical condition. “We saw blood, clothes and back-packs strewn all over; it was horrific” a student said. The driver of the modified truck was not released.
