On September 28, 2012 at
Boulevard and West Windmill Lane. Evidence at the scene and witness statements indicate that the 2006 Toyota
Corolla was traveling straight east on Windmill and failed to stop at the posted stop sign and was struck by the
2006 International Truck that was traveling straight northbound with no stop sign. The front of the truck struck
the passenger side of the Toyota. The collision remains under investigation by the LVMPD Accident Investigation
Section.
