Dallas: shooting at Shell Station

On January 20, 2012 at approximately 1:40 am officers responded to a shooting call at 424 S. RLT Freeway at the Shell station. Upon arrival officers learned that an unknown B/M suspect became involved in a disturbance with a witness at the gas pumps. The suspect pulled a handgun and shot at the witness. The bullet missed the witness however struck the complainant, Tynarion Warren B/M/8-29-1988. The complainant was transported to a local hospital by the witness. The suspect fled the scene after the shooting. Next of kin notifications have been made.
