About the Crime:
This alert gives notice to citizens residing in the 018th District (Near North) of an increase in burglary
related incidents during the month of March. Unknown offender enters residences, while citizens are
away, and takes cash, laptops or computer tablets. These incidents have occurred during daytime
hours, in the general geographical locations listed below:

500 block of N. Kingsbury on 06 March 2013 at approximately 7:45 A.M.- 7:30 P.M.
500 block of N. Kingsbury on 06 March 2013 at approximately 8:00 A.M.-8:00 P.M.
500 block of N. Kingsbury on 06 March 2013 at approximately 4:00 P.M.
500 block of N. Kingsbury on 28 February 8:00 A.M. -10 March 7:00 P.M. 2013
1200 block of N. Wells St. on 18 March 2013 at approximately 3:08 P.M.-3:15 P.M.

• Keep doors and windows secured
• Immediately repair any broken windows, doors or locks
