About This Crime
This alert gives notice to residents of the 8th District (Chicago Lawn) on Beat 831 of a kidnapping incident that occurred on the 6600 block of S. California Ave. on March 21, 2013, at approximately 7:30 p.m. In the reported incident, the offenders covered the eyes of a 15-yearold female and carried her to their car. The offenders then drove to a nearby alley. The victim was able to escape before she was further harmed.
About The Offenders
Offender #1: Male African-American, 30-49 years of age, 6’00”, 200- 250 lbs, medium complexion, beard, short black hair, wearing a brown coat and white t-shirt Offender #2: Male African-American, 25-30 years of age, 5’07-5’10”, 140-170lbs, medium complexion, shaved face, short black hair, wearing black Pelle Pelle coat
Vehicle Description
Suspects were in an older black or dark green 4-door sedan. Vehicle was in poor condition and
an unknown make and model with black leather seat interior.
