Why: To ask for the community’s help in locating the suspects responsible for the brutal murder of 43-year-old Ruben Medina. Councilwoman Jan Perry and the Los Angeles City Council approved a $50,000 reward offer for information leading to the identification, apprehension, and conviction of the person or persons responsible for killing Mr. Median.
