Los Angeles: Detectives Investigate Man's Disappearance

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department and family of a man who’s been missing for over two weeks are hoping for public assistance in their efforts to find him.

Clarence Bynum, age 53-years-ol, was last seen on March 6, 2013 in the 600 block of West 91st Street in Los Angeles. At that time, he was wearing a black jacket, black pants and black shoes. He is described as a black male with black hair and brown eyes. He weighs about 230 pounds and stands 6 feet 4 inches tall.

Anyone with additional information on the whereabouts of Bynum is asked to contact LAPD Missing Persons Unit Detective Baca at (213) 996-1800. During non-business hours or on weekends, calls should be directed to 1-877-LAPD-24-7 (1-877-527-3247). Anyone wishing to remain anonymous should call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (800-222-8477). Tipsters may also contact Crime Stoppers by texting to phone number 274637 (C-R-I-M-E-S on most keypads) with a cell phone.
