NARRATIVE:
On Saturday, June 16, 2012, at approximately 3:40 a.m., the victim, Frederick Duberry, 44, was shot and killed in front of his residence located at 17531 SW 92nd Avenue, Palmetto Bay, Florida. According to investigators, the victim arrived home from work when he was shot with what appears to be an assault rifle. The subject then fled in a waiting vehicle.
The family will be requesting assistance from the community for any information regarding the case.
Surveillance video captured the image of the subject and investigators are seeking the assistance of the community in identifying and/or locating the individual. Video surveillance footage may be obtained from the FTP site under MDPD case number PD120616228442.
