A party bus crashed into a car in Burlingame, California early Sunday morning, killing one woman, and injuring 10 others.
Witnesses report a Honda hit the guardrail on southbound Highway 101, and was disabled facing the opposite direction. The bus collided with the vehicle about 2:05 in the morning. A woman in her thirties was a passenger in the Honda. She died on the scene. The driver was taken to Stanford hospital with serious injuries.
Ten people riding in the bus were taken to hospitals with various injuries.
The California Highway Patrol said that both people in the Honda had been drinking.
The investigation is ongoing.
