
Portland, ORE- Officer arrested 27-year-old Joshua Peter Tonder after he spent nearly 4 hours in the water after crashing a 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee into the Columbia River.
Tonder was transported to the hospital where he was issued citations for Reckless Driving, Hit and Run, Attempt to Elude, Driving While Suspended, Driving Uninsured, and Careless Driving.
Tonder, from Burlington, Washington, remained at the hospital being treated for hypothermia.
