A teenage boy discovered his mother in a freezer in her home in Mineral Wells, Texas, which is about 50 miles west of Fort Worth.
Mineral Wells Police Chief Dean Sullivan said the boy looked in the freezer Thursday evening and saw his mother stuffed inside. He immediately called the police. The case is being treated as a homicide, but Sullivan said there are no suspects at this time.
The Texas Rangers are assisting in the investigation. The name of the woman is being withheld, but she is believed to be in her 40’s.
