Tuesday notorious ‘Hollywood Madam’ Heidi Fleiss was charged with growing a ‘marijuana plantation’ at her Pahrump, Nevada home.
Police discovered more than 400 cannabis sativa plants on her property. Ms. Fleiss claimed that she was growing them for a nearby co-op. When asked to produce a permit, she admitted that she was planning to obtain one.
The former ‘madam’ was not arrested. She also had several exotic birds worth more than $200,000. Police were afraid that the birds would die if she was not able to take care of them.
She faces several drug-related charges.
