WHY: To announce a Los Angeles City Council-approved reward being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the fatal hit and run traffic collision that killed 21-year-old, Jesse Tellez.
Detectives are still searching for any clues they can find to help solve the case.
Detectives will be on-hand to talk about the reward, provide updates and take questions about the status of the investigation.
