Kamaishi Japan Rocked By 7.3 Magnitude Earthquake & Ofunato Japan Shaken by 6.2 Quake

An earthquake measuring 5.5 on the Richter scale struck Russia today in Yozhno-Sakhalinsk. The city is the administrative center of Sakhalin Oblast Russia.

 A 5.5 magnitude earthquake is considered mild. There have been no reports of damage or injury as of now.
