Jesse Thomas was placed into custody after being identified through a Chicago Police investigation as the offender in a shooting incident which occurred on the 1900 block of S. Harding on December 25, 2012 at approximately 9:36 p.m. in which he shot a 27-year-old female. The victim was shot in the head and was transported to Mt. Sinai Hospital in critical condition.
