Miley Cyrus Burned by Winner of “Win a Date with Miley Cyrus” Contest

LOS ANGELES – Even the biggest stars, clamoring for the attention from the American public can be insulted. Miley Cyrus found out this the hard way when she went out on  a date with one of her biggest fans. She is not unlike most 20-year-old young women in some respects. She likes to go out, have fun, and yes, on occasion, date young men she might be interested in.

Her performance at the MTV Video Music Awards ended up with an official new addition to the Oxford Dictionary. “Twerking,” gyrating one’s hips and buttocks, often against the body of someone else has been added as a result of her scantily-clad, rump-shaking routine with Robin Thicke. She shocked many, including Will Smith and family as evidenced by the looks on their faces when they were taken off guard during her performance.

She had her critics, among them the 67-year-old pop star, Cher, who, like Cyrus, has donned some skimpy clothing in past performances for shock value. Despite initially bashing her, Cher took to Twitter going back on what she had said, even calling the young, up-and-coming star, “brilliant.”

Capitalizing on her new infamy after her recent MTV Video Music Awards performance, she decided to as she calls it “give back and show [her] fans that [she] truly care[s] about them.”

Recently, she held a contest entitled “Win A Date With Miley Cyrus.” The winner of the contest, Brandon Owens,  being the same age as her, 20, has followed her career from the get-go. He initially saw her on the made for television series, Doc and loved her performance in Big Fish. He has been a fan of hers; until now.

Brandon was flown in to Los Angeles and received a free night’s stay at a luxurious hotel in the city. A limo picked him up with a star eager to please, get to know, and yes, entertain her guest. They dined at a prestigious venue. During his date with the star, she droned on about herself, mostly talking about how she shocked everyone during her VMA performance and inspired people to have their mouths agape after her new video, Wrecking Ball, in which she, among other things, licked a sledgehammer and rode what appeared to be naked atop a wrecking ball while it smashed through walls. Also, in the video, she bemoaned and cried over a relationship gone sour and lamented a former lover.

After ordering and eating salmon, Miley decided to open-mouth French kiss the man. By this time, he was sickened by her and the taste of salmon on her lips didn’t quite sit well with him either. He responded to her advances intentionally in a voice loud enough for those around him to hear, “Miley, I’m getting ready to tell you something most of America has wanted to tell you since your VMA performance and your Wrecking Ball music video. You need to put your tongue back in your mouth.” which then resulted in thunderous applause by those within earshot of his comment. Miley Cyrus is now hospitalized in Los Angeles Regional with a bruised ego.
