The Philippine Sea Plate in the Pacific ocean has been the latest target of an earthquake. The area, west of Guam was hit by a 6.o magnitude quake, October 7, 2013 at 1:38 p.m. This is another in a series of quakes to strike the region, as well as Peru, Mexico and California within the last few days.
