It appears that despite “immature” behavior, Justin Bieber will not be charged in court for spitting on and making allegedly threatening statements to a neighbor who complained about his speeding and reckless driving.
The 19 year-old Canadian pop singer, songwriter, and actor was being considered by the LA County District Attorney for charges that he threatened and spit on the complaining neighbor, and also possibly for speeding and reckless driving. The incidents took place in the gated community in Calabasas, CA where Justin Bieber lives.
The alleged victim told Sheriff’s deputies that his neighbor Justin Beiber hocked an actual “loogie” in his face during a heated conversation about Beiber’s alleged reckless driving. The victim, described as successful businessman in his late 40’s who is a father of three, says he went to Beiber’s residence in Calabasas to complain in person, screaming “You can’t drive like this!”
According to the man’s statement to the deputies, Justin Beiber screamed back, in profane language. The man alleges that Bieber first said, “Get the f**k out of here,” then spit in the man’s face. Finally, he said to the man “I’m gonna f**king kill you.” In response, the neighbor called the police and filed battery charges. In fact, the man even took the extra step of saving the “loogie,” to be used as evidence.
There is no suggestion of actual physical contact between the two, a fact Bieber’s security team emphasized in a public statement.
Sources confirm that around 8am that morning, Justin Bieber’s new Ferrari had been delivered on a flatbed truck. Apparently, the young pop star decided to take it for a test drive, but reports from his neighbors indicate Bieber was driving at reckless speeds of up to 100 miles per hour. Until today, it was not clear if the apparently immature Justin Bieber would be charged for the spitting, the speeding, or the allege threats.
The report of Beiber spitting in the neighbor’s face is not an isolated incident. A DJ in Columbus, Ohio, says that when Justin Beiber visited the VIP room of the club in which he was working, he was accosted by members of Bieber’s security team. “Two of Bieber’s bouncers approached me and said I was trying to take pictures of Bieber,” the DJ said.
The bouncers allegedly grabbed the DJ’s phone, and though they found no pics, the DJ said later that Beiber approached him for a similarly aggravated encounter. “He called my mom something, called my dad something, called me something … and spit in my face.”
However, it was announced on Wednesday that Justin Bieber will not face any actual charges for the incidents in Calabasas.
In terms of the speeding charge, a video of the speeding apparently showed that Bieber himself was not behind the wheel of the Ferrari at the time. He was behind the car, following in a motorcycle, while the rapper and record producer Tyler the Creator was the one driving.
As far the confrontation itself, Los Angeles County Prosecutor Alan Yochelson wrote in a court document that the young pop singer’s behavior was “disproportionate and immature, but since the neighbor had entered the property without invitation Bieber’s actions did not rise to the level of a criminal threat.”
Despite the evidence of the preserved “loogie,” Justin Beiber was not charged with the speeding, the threats, or even spitting in the man’s face, though he is now referred to in an official legal document as “immature.”

I have mastered some considerations through your website post. One other thing I would like to state is that there are various games that you can buy which are designed particularly for preschool age youngsters. They consist of pattern recognition, colors, pets, and forms. These often focus on familiarization as an alternative to memorization. This keeps little ones occupied without having the experience like they are learning. Thanks
Hey, how’s it going?
Did you hear that the powers that run this world want to put a RFID microchip in our body? It will contain not only our bank accounts but our personal information, making us total slaves to the elite. This will cause us to lose even more of our privacy.
Did you know that this RFID microchip matches perfectly with the Mark of the Beast in the Bible, more specifically Revelation 13:16-18?
“He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name…”
Referring to the last days, this could only be speaking of a cashless society, which we have yet to see, but are heading towards. Otherwise, we could still buy or sell without the mark amongst others if physical money was still currency. It’s amazing that the Bible foretold a cashless society!
Did you also hear that the Jewish people are in the process of bringing about the Third Temple prophesied in the Bible by the prophet Daniel, Jesus, and Apostle Paul? They deny Jesus as their Messiah and say their Messiah will be revealed to rule the whole world under a one world religion. They are not even hiding this information, but are actually promoting it. You can view videos about this on YouTube.
When Donald Trump made Jerusalem captial of Israel in late December 2017, the Jewish people said this was a big step for them to build this Third Temple. They even printed a Temple coin with president Trump’s face on the front with king Cyrus'(the man who built the Second Temple in the Bible) face behind him. On the back of the coin is an image of the Third Temple. They are selling these coins to raise money to build the Temple.
People have been saying for many years that the end is near, but we needed not only the Third Temple, but also the technology for there to be a cashless society for the Mark of the Beast to be a reality.
