According to ABC News affiliate Channel 13 (KRDO), Colorado will be using state revenues in order to keep Rocky Mountain National Park open during the federal government shutdown. Since the shutdown began, Colorado has lost at least $4.8 million because of the resulting decline in tourism.
Officials plan to reopen the park on Saturday.
