I was directed to this page after clicking a link for a writing position on Craigslist. Please let me know how to proceed, as I am very interested in the position.

I clicked on a link from craigslist to apply for a writing position and it took me here. There are no fields on this page to fill out, so I’m confused. Can somebody please get back to me and let me know how I can proceed?
