On Monday, March 10, 2014 at 9 a.m. Pacific/12 p.m. Eastern Edward Snowden joined a live discussion being held at SXSW in Austin, Texas – all the way from Russia.
The exiled NSA whistleblower joined the panel to discuss how technology can protect people from government spying.
Snowden was granted political asylum in Russia when he fled the United States in 2013 after leaking classified government documents dealing with surveillance to journalists.
