Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Brandi Glanville is what many believe to be the epitome of what the Hollywood industry embraces and loves. She’s tall, thin, blond, and knows how to play the game. It is knowing how to play that determines a person’s survival in the tricky town. A town where many believe beauty can walk in at the head of the line without credentials, sex opens doors, and building relationships today with the right people fattens the bank account tomorrow. Glanville, many Bravo fans would say, has mastered the game of getting to know the right people to catapult her to new levels of success. And unfortunately, others believe she plays dirty to get there. Now the reality star is schmoozing with mogul Donald Trump on Celebrity Apprentice.
Glanville, 41, began her first season on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills uncertain of her financial future as she was just coming out of a highly publicized divorce from famed actor Eddie Cibrian, who left the former model to marry country star LeAnn Rimes. Glanville, who let viewers know she didn’t have any credit to get her own place, was a single Mother on her own in Beverly Hills reportedly receiving support from ex-husband Cibrian. While some of her cast mates on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills gave her sisterly support through an emotional time, others clashed with Glanville. It was reported that former cast mate and successful business mogul Adrienne Maloof brought Glanville into her glitzy circle of wealthy Beverly Hills socialites. Maloof trusted Glanville, but soon discovered she was possibly just a stepping stone Glanville’s alleged grand scheme. Glanville openly exposed family secrets of the Maloof family causing Maloof to sick an attorney on Glanville. Maloof left the reality show to protect her family while Glanville attached herself to a new successful friend restaurateur Lisa Vanderpump. The suspected underlying motivations of Glanville started to reveal itself to the social circle. Faye Resnick, Beverly Hills recurring cast mate and close friend to Maloof and the late Nicole Brown Simpson, summed her opinion of Glanville up in one sentence, “No matter how many Chanel bags you borrow, you will never be a lady.”
Since Glanville’s first season on the successful hit reality show, she has made enemies of friends and attached onto new friends. Glanville has been known to boast about being the reason the show is a hit because viewers tune in to see the reality star get drunk, use vulgar language, and stir up drama at every dinner party she is invited to attend that results in her crying for support. Being the villain that gets sympathy points for being a single mother has possibly worked to Glanville’s advantage to sell two successful books Drinking and Tweeting: And Other Brandi Blunders and Drinking and Dating: P.S. Social Media Is Ruining Romance. Glanville has since allegedly turned on friend Vanderpump and is now best buddies with cast mate socialite Yolanda Foster, married to Grammy award-winning songwriter David Foster. Brandi understands the game and takes pride in getting dirty to keep the show hot. As Glanville keeps increasing her networth through her network, new opportunities find there way to her doorstep. The young author is now rubbing elbows with business mogul Donald Trump on his hit reality show Celebrity Apprentice.
What tactics Glanville will pull out of her bag of tricks to win this game against such cast mates as Real Housewives of Atlanta Kenya Moore, thousands will tune in to watch. Moore and Glanville are reportedly not very fond of one another possibly stemming from a racial comment Glanville made about African Americans not being able to swim and wearing weaves on an episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Moore responded firmly to Glanville with an education on African Americans. Moore, a former Miss USA and successful business woman, is known for her quick wit and ability to stay a few steps ahead of her opponent.
Many anticipate Trump walking into his boardroom to sit across from the new cast members of Celebrity Apprentice to determine the predators from the prey. As millions of viewers have watched Glanville leave bloody carnage in the water of her cast mates on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, it will be interesting to see how she fairs in a real game of competition to raise money while answering to Trump. Glanville reportedly enjoys behaving badly on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Some viewers would say she has mastered the art of playing dirty in Hollywood. Trump, however, might not be as accommodating to Glanville’s vulgarity, racial slurs, and drunken outburst in his boardroom. Many fans will be rooting for Glanville to win on Celebrity Apprentice. Friends, who believe they have been used and done in by Brandi Glanville, might wish the reality star well while others are hoping to hear Trump say those fatal words, “Brandi, you’re fired.” Does Trump allow crying in the boardroom?

Kenya is a very smart girl. Brandi is a little emotionally unstable to me. She is more conniving than she is smart.
Brandi is not rational. She destroyed her relationship with Lisa and Ken Vanderpump for no gain that I can see. She will end up with nothing (except perhaps money). Friends and family will turn away. Sad to watch her self-destruct.

Maloof did inherit money but she is a successful business women. I thought this article described Brandi perfectly. Her fans won’t like it but it is her. She uses wealthy women to get to the top and then divulges their secrets they tell her or lies about them. She threw her own father under the bus in her book. He would not talk to her for a while. If she can do this to family, she can do it to anyone. She is mean and vile.
Cant stand Brandi, she uses people. It may have worked in the beginning but there is now a petition to get her off the show. Most fans on Bravo want her gone now. She is white trash.
“Most fans on Bravo want her gone now.” That is factually inaccurate. She has just as many fans as she does detractors as is evidenced in two best selling books. That petition to remove her from the show has less than 7000 signatures in 3 months. Brandi is not going anywhere.
1. Adrienne Maloof is a “successful business woman” in the family business: she was born into money. 2. Maloof stayed on RHOBH until her marriage fell apart on camera with her belittling and shaming her husband until he left her.
I can see why you would want to paint Brandi Glanville as a villain, but none of the ladies are simple saints, especially not Maloof. Maybe Glanville is just smarter then anyone gave her credit for initially.
Glanville is a drunk. She shows the Morales of a flea. She lies at every turn and bites the hands that help or defend her. Her ex should sue for sole custody now before she does any more damage to those poor children.

It will be interesting to see if Brandy can maintain her, “I’m a victim but I act like a predator mentality” on Celebrity Apprentice. Since I’m not a fan of Brandy or Trump, I’ll have to wait to hear the news here.
