After playing just 13 holes, Tiger Woods has withdrawn from the Honda Classic golf tournament today at Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Woods posted carded a 40 on the front nine and was even par on the back when he walked off.
A spokesperson for Woods said it was because of a bad back. Observers at the course reported that he top-ranked golfer had been stretching and bending since before the round started.
Tiger Woods started the day at 5-under par, 7 shots behind leader Rory McIlroy.
