Zac Efron: This Is Why We Do Not Litter
Former Disney star Zac Efron has been in the news this week for getting into a fight in the Los Angeles Skid Row section of town, he told police that the act of throwing a bottle out of the car that he and his “bodyguard” were sitting in caused the fracas and this is precisely why we do not litter Zac. Needless to say the very act of littering is illegal and will cost most anyone a fine who is caught doing it. Even film actors who run out of gas in the bad section of town.

There are plenty of folks who are asking just what the 26 year-old High School Musical star was doing in the dodgy part of town. Especially since it was revealed last year that the actor had a problem with cocaine. Efron has been in and out of rehab trying to kick the habit. He revealed this news in 2013 to his stunned fans.

It seems that a lot of actors are getting involved with drugs to such an extent that it’s killing them off almost like flies. It is pretty easy to understand the allure of something that reportedly causes the user’s confidence level to rise, even if it is for a short while. Efron’s career has not been on the rise for some time now.

Since Zac Efron outgrew Disney he has been floundering with reviews of his cinematic efforts being uneven at best. His latest effort, That Awkward Moment, released January 2014, was pretty much panned by critics. It should be noted that on IMDb it has a rating of 6.2 percent, which is not that bad for a film with so much negative reaction from reviewers.

Friends of Efron are concerned that he was in the Skid Row area of Los Angeles to score a little something for his nose. Police reported that they found the star fighting with three men and it was after they broke up the altercation that Zac revealed the “broken bottle” slant. Just why it seems okay to litter in a bad section of town does not put the actor in a very good light.

The Neighbors star claimed that the car he and his “bodyguard” were travelling in ran out of gas. He swears that they were waiting to be towed. While sitting in the vehicle, one of them threw out a bottle which broke when it hit the ground. Apparently three men in the area decided that the object had been thrown at them hence the fisticuffs which ended with Zac getting punched in the face.

All this excitement took place after midnight and this late night excursion into such a bad area of Los Angeles is why Efron’s friends think he could be up to old tricks. Regardless of just why the actor was there, his bodyguard says that Zac is a hero and that he saved the man’s life.

Zac Efron’s man was stabbed in the face and chest with a “spear” by one of the attackers and if the actor had not stepped in, an action that got him punched in the mouth, the bodyguard could have been killed. Efron himself has confirmed that the guy threw a punch that hit him harder than he’d ever been hit before. The lesson to be learned here? Well, this is the reason that we don’t litter Zac, even in Skid Row. Not only is it against the law, but it can get you stabbed. Or punched…very hard.
