2014 is a big year for the European Union as many nations including France gear up for the elections. Prime Minister Manuel Valls, France declared that the National Front is heading for a victory. Marine Le Pen recorded a victorious 25 percent vote gain over the Socialists in France, ousting them from power. Valls, called the polls an earthquake, seeing that his own Socialist party has been defeated badly. Exit polls on some European countries were still open, but the results leaned heavily in favor of Marine Le Pen, the leader of the National Front (FN). The FN released a statement accusing Valls of fraud and rigging the vote to an industrial scale, by using odious means such as giving incorrect papers or ballots that did not include the FN. Le Pen promised to make France the political heart of the European Union and make it independent, safe, propserous and proud. Countries like German, Belgium, Poland, Spain and Croatia also are participate in the largest multinational polls yet.
