Salman Khan Beats Shahrukh Khan With 16 Million Likes on Facebook

The world is driving itself towards technical advancement each passing day. With the advent of secured social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter, celebrities are able to establish a better and closer contact with their fans. Various celebrities are able to interact with their genuine fans and the people in general get to know more about their most favorite film-star, sportsperson, or musician. Recently, the Facebook profile of Salman khan, registered a surge of ‘likes’ to 16 million, which is much more than that of Shahrukh Khan. It seems this has created quite a buzz in Bollywood.

At times, fans even get an opportunity to interact and send messages to their favorite celebrities and some of them are lucky enough to get direct response from the celebrities as well, through Facebook. All in all, social networks have actually brought people closer together and also assist in fulfilling a person’s dream to interact and stay well-connected with his or her most revered personalities.

With an increase in the popularity of some social networking website and the commendable convenience that they provide, in-numerous Indian actors and actresses have joined these forums. Recently, the number of ‘likes’ on Salman khan’s Facebook page increased to more than 16 million, even though the actor is less active on the social networking website. All his fans and well-wishers congratulated him for crossing the laudable number of likes. On the other hand, even after being immensely active on both Facebook and Twitter, Shahrukh Khan has crossed only 8.7 million likes on Facebook. In fact, Salman Khan’s number of likes on Facebook is more than Amitabh Bachchan’s 12 million too. So, it can be safely concluded that Salman Khan has beaten Shahrukh Khan with 16 million likes on Facebook.

There has always been an enmity between Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan since the year 2008. Both the superstars are not in talking terms and the dispute seems to be getting worse each passing day. Even after last year’s ‘Iftar’ party hug, the coldness still seems to exist in  their long-lost friendship. Recently, there was news about disputes with regard to the release dates of their respective movies, as well. After Salman Khan beat Shahrukh Khan with 16 million likes in Facebook, most of Salman’s well-wishers congratulated him through various social media sites like Twitter and Facebook.
