George Clooney has been gracing Hollywood with his presences for years, and has had some memorable characters that most fans of the actor will remember. Here are ten of his most memorable ones:

One: Ace from E/R: The first television series that most people will remember seeing him in. He was Thor’s nephew.

Two: Seth Gecko from From Dusk Till Dawn: The older brother of the Gecko brothers were wanted criminals. He and his brother are on the run after a bank heist in Abilene. They take hostages at a hotel, including a family traveling on a vacation. They direct their hostages to take them to Mexico. On their journey down, they come across a bar where they decide to relax. Seth and his brother are to meet with their partner Carlos in the dawn. Little do they know that they have come across a vampire ran. Chaos soon ensues with the death of many people.

Three: Bruce Wayne/Batman in Batman & Robin. Though the movie itself was neither the greatest nor well-liked by many people, it was a different take on the character.

Four: Everett from O Brother, Where Art Thou?: Another memorable character where George Clooney is playing a criminal. Everett is a criminal who was caught and put in prison for his crime of robbing a bank. He learns that his wife is about to remarry. It is up to him to stop it. The question is how, when he is on a chain gang with two other gentlemen. His answer; tell the men that he has a treasure worth escaping for. On his adventures, they start a band called the Soggy Bottom Boys. Also along their journey they get robbed by a Christian Bible sales man, run into problems with the Klu Klux Klan and even meets George “Baby Face” Nelson.

Five: Devlin from Spy Kids: The leader of the spy kids organization and spies in general. He reprises the role in a sequel to the film Spy Kids 3D: Game Over.

Six: Danny Ocean from Ocean’s Eleven: Another opportunity for George Clooney to play a character who is in for a big heist. He brings together an eleven member team to help him pull this off. The target is a casino and their goal is $150 million in cash. Once again George reprises this memorable character in two other movies Ocean’s Twelve and Ocean’s Thirteen.

Seven: Dr. Doug Ross on ER: In 1994-2009 George returns to being in the hospital scene in ER. The character of Doug Ross is a pediatrician and a well-established womanizer. He flirts until it is time to get to work.

Eight: Lyn Cassady from The Men Who Stare at Goats: Lyn Cassady is a military officer who is involved in a secret group of psychic soldiers. His goal is to find his missing general.

Nine: Mr. Fox (voice) from Fantastic Mr. Fox: Though Clooney is not seen in person, he is still a memorable character as a wily fox.

Ten: Frank Stokes in The Monuments Men: During World War II there is a platoon with in the army that is tasked by Franklin D. Roosevelt to go into Germany and recover artistic masterpieces and returning them to their rightful owners.

These are ten of the most memorable characters that George Clooney has given the world in his time as an actor and producer of films. They are characters that fans will not forget.
