While a bouncy house was being inflated on a farm in Nashua, New Hampshire, a two and a three year old boy climbed into it. The wind lifted it, and it became airborne. It traveled for approximately 60 feet. When it hit the ground, both boys were trapped inside and obviously injured from the fall.
The two-year-old was in critical condition and taken by helicopter to Tuft’s Medical in Boston.
The ‘house’ was being inflated to allow it to dry out; it was not in use and it was not tied down.
