
After much consideration and investigation a member of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court was suspended Monday evening. He will continue to receive pay, but is barred from participating from any duties related to the Court.
Seamus McCaffery will undergo a 30 day investigation regarding the sending and receiving of pornographic e-mails.
Justice Debra McCloskey Todd questioned the action by the other Justices. She claimed the charge lacked credibility and noted that no criminal charges had been filed.
Allegations include the ridicule of a 100-year-old woman posing naked on the internet, and a sexual act featuring a woman and a snake.
