About this crime
· On 3 Sep 15 at 2:48 A.M., a 27 year old female victim was standing with friends in the 1600 block of West 115th Street when the above offender approached the group and fired a handgun several times. The victim was taken in critical condition to Christ Hospital where she later died from her injuries.
About the offender
· The offender is described as a male black, 6’00” tall, and 200 lbs. The offender has a medium complexion. He was wearing a white shite and grey jeans. He also has numerous tattoos visible on video including: the back of the neck, both forearms and hands
