If wondering just what the heck is going on with the headline that reads, “Meningitis Was Once Weaponized but Not on Bre Payton, Just Ask the US Army,” please understand, this is not fake news. In other words, the statement is true. The U.S. army would perhaps be the best place to begin questions about the weaponization of meningitis.
According to the JAMA Network, the U.S. military weaponized Francisella tularenesis in the 1950s and 60s. Individuals that contracted this meningitis due to their exposure to tularenesis often suffer from prolonged fever lasting up to 6 weeks, mental disturbance, delirium, and painful enlargement of the spleen and liver according to “Diseases of Man Acquired from His Pets” by B. Bisseru.
Francisella tularenesis manifest itself into meningitis. It was, therefore, this manifestation of meningitis that the army used in their biowarfare program. The JAMA Network concludes that the U.S. Army classified Francisella tularensis is classified as a class A bioterrorism agent due to its potential ease of dissemination and high morbidity and mortality. In other words, it kills.
So the question many Americans are asking today is, was it the H1N1 flu that caused the sudden death of conservative writer Payton or was it meningitis?
There are a number of people promulgating the theory that Donald Trump could have prevented Payton’s death. And Vandersteel, the YourVoice of America network president suggest that Payton may have contracted H1N1 flu and encephalitis from an illegal alien and because the president’s wall had yet to be built that he was in some way liable.
Rightedition.com tells it readers that Payton may have been close to disclosing sensitive information about the Deep State and that that is the reason for her sudden death.
Payton had recently published a hard-hitting piece that revealed that the DOJ had destroyed the missing Strzok/Page text messages. She and many other conservative writers and news outlets believed that there was criminal intent behind the destruction of the text messages. Therefore, after Payton’s death, the reports begin to flood the internets with claims that she was murdered.
The popular online British newspaper, The Sun, reported that after hours of testing doctors determined that Payton suffered from H1N1 flu and possible meningitis. However, The Wrap reported that the exact cause of death remains unclear.
In all of these reports, meningitis is mentioned as a possible cause to Payton’s sudden death and perhaps for good reason as the CDC estimates that one in 10 people who contract meningitis will die.
So far, no one knows if Payton’s death was the result of the flu or meningitis. But that will not stop conspiracy theorists from claiming that her death was deliberately caused by the DEEP State. And now when people realize that the U.S. Army once weaponized meningitis, there are sure to be more conspiracy theorists to join the cacophony of voices screaming foul play.
