The FBI and Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office has stated 0n April 17, 2019, Several school districts in Denver, Colorado canceled their classes, after a woman from Miami, Florida who was infatuated in the Columbine massacre of 1999, bought firearms and went to Colorado.

Sol Pais, who is 18 years old, has a made for a very long time comments which are concerning about Columbine. She traveled from Miami to Colorado on April 15. While there, she purchased a pump action shotgun and extra ammunition.

The Miami office of the FBI informed the FBI in Denver of the risk.

After speaking with law enforcement and the FBI, it was determined that Douglas County School District, Denver Public Schools, Adams 12 Five Star, 27J Schools, Englewood Schools, Aurora Public Schools, Cherry Creek Schools, and Jefferson County Schools decided as a safety precaution they would cancel classes on April 17.

Law enforcement stated the last time they saw Pais was in the Denver foothills. The Sherrif’s office of Jefferson County is involved in an extensive search for Pais.

The Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force released a statement saying Pais was fascinated with the Columbine massacre. The warned police if they came in contact with Pais, they should hold her and assess her state of mind.

Law enforcement has said, Pais has not singled out one school, but was infatuated with the Columbine shooter and Columbine. The threat comes right before the 20th anniversary of the massacre on April 20.
