Tom Cruise May Be Named in Potential Scientology Lawsuit

RadarOnline.com is reporting that Tom Cruise and David Miscavige, leader of the Church of Scientology will be named in a lawsuit. The suit is being filed by Clay Irwin, the owner of a bar.

Irwin alleges he has been harassed and stalked by people from the church. He also claims a member of the Church of Scientology pushed him off of his bike.

Irwin claims the incident started in 2016 when he was invited to tour the home of a Scientologist which was under construction. After the tour which would be filmed, he would post it online.

Irwin was visited at a The Lucky Anchor, a pub he used to own in Florida by somebody from the Church who threatened him, telling him to take the video off of his phone.

After this happened, Irwin thought about naming Tom Cruise in the suit.

Irwin said: “If I can prove Cruise was the one who sent this guy to me, I will be suing him. When the suit goes down, many people will be going down with it.”

Irwin stressed that money was not the purpose of filing the suit. He said the reason was he wanted to expose how the Church, and possibly Cruise uses tactics of intimidation.
