Woodstock
On April 29, 2019, it has officially been announced that the 50th Anniversary concert of Woodstock was canceled.

In a statement released to Billboard Magazine from Dentsu Aegis Network officials, they said that it is an agencies dream to work with brands which are iconic and to be associated with movements which are meaningful.

The company has a strong and long history of producing an experience which brings together people around a similar cause and interest. That was the reason why Dentsu Aegis Network agreed to participate in the 50th Anniversary of Woodstock.

However, the company said, even though we invested a considerable amount of commitment, effort, and time, they did not think the production that would be put on for the festival could be worthy of the brand affiliated with Woodstock while ensuring the safety and health of the attendees, partners, and artists.

The statement continues by saying that after much thought and discussion, it was decided with a heavy heart that Dentsu Aegis Network’s Amplifi Live which is a partner of the 50th Anniversary of Woodstock has decided the festival should be canceled.

They added that it was an extremely difficult decision they had to make, but believed it was the right decision for all the people involved.

This is a developing Story
