Taylor Swift Is Engaged to Joe Alwyn? Was That an Engagement Ring?

When Taylor Swift dropped the latest video for her smash song “ME!” she told fans that there are many revelations she calls Easter eggs planted in the video.

Swift said some are easy to find, some more difficult, and some she will reveal down the road.

Swift fans have been going crazy trying to find out what those hidden revelations are. As they are revealed, they will learn the albums name, release date, and the name of her next single.

Within a matter of days, theories were going around as people discovered the Easter eggs. One theory is that Swift and Joe Alywn became engaged.

In a recent interview, Swift said there is a secret she has been keeping for months. Fans were whipped into a frenzy trying to figure it out. Some theorized it was about the new album. Others thought Swift was engaged.

When the video for “ME!” starts, Swift is wearing a ring with a large heart on it. The ring was worn on the pop star’s middle finger, but that did not stop fans from thinking it was an engagement ring.

Another clue happened later in the video. Brendon Urie from Panic! At The Disco could be seen giving Swift a ring. She said no to him when he first asked, but later agreed when she was given a cat in the video.

Fans are theorizing by watching the video; Swift was trying to hint Alwyn asked her to marry him. Fans were speculating about this on Twitter.

Swift will not confirm the speculations and theories and said she would in the next few months. Until fans hear otherwise, they will continue to believe the couple is engaged.
