Three 13-year old’s rob a Walgreens with steak knives
In Wisconsin three 13-year olds robbed a local Walgreens with steak knives in an attempt to get condoms and candy. The boys were first spotted by the store manager who saw the boys boosting the condoms and candy. The manager who followed the boys outside the store told police, “at least two, and maybe all three, of the boys brandished knives.”
One of the boys tossed a $15 pack of condoms at the store manager as another boy shouted, “Don’t you call the (expletive) police!”
The boys didn’t get far as they were caught trying to board a bus as their getaway where cops recovered steak knives on each of the boys. Two of the boys claimed to have been cutting food earlier as the third boy admitted he used for protection.
The boys whose names are being withheld due to their age have been booked at Madison’s Juvenile Reception Center with the following charges; armed robbery, retail theft, and concealed weapons.
