Sofía Vergara, star of the hit ABC comedy Modern Family, is set to step into the shoes of a producer on her next project. Vergara’s upcoming piece of work is a feature film entitled Don’t Mess With Texas in which she stars alongside Walk the Line actress, Reese Witherspoon.
The plot line of the film is still fairly vague, but it is known that the film centers around Witherspoon’s character, a Texan police officer, who is on the run from the law alongside a drug-dealing prisoner played by Vergara. Witherspoon has also been announced to serve as a producer of the film.
