This just in: Justin Bieber was stopped by California Highway Patrol and cited for driving over the speed limit according to Ming Hsu, a California Highway Patrol Officer. Reports say the super star was driving 80 miles per hour in his chrome Fisker Karma sports car.
TMZ reports that Los Angeles City Councilman Dennis Zine called police after witnessing Justin driving recklessly down the 101 Southland Freeway, near Calabasas. Report say that Justin was attempting to avoid photographer as he weaved in and out of lanes.
Last year, Bieber was speeding in a black Cadillac CTS-V Coupe but was let off with a warning. But this time, the 18-year-old singer was caught in the act.
Witnesses say Bieber was driving like a maniac, leaving very little space between cars and he went from lane to lane.
Bieber is still under investigation for assaulting a Los Angeles camera man back in May of this year.
First reports of the incident suggested that Bieber was traveling more than 100 miles per hour, but that number was revised once Officer Hsu gave a statement to reporters.
