Las Vegas Police Alert: Driver of 2002 Ford Mustang Loses Control of Vehicle

On July 21, 2012 at approximately 3:12 a.m., a critical injury traffic collision occurred on Las Vegas Boulevard
south of the intersection with Puebla Street. Evidence at the scene and witness statements indicate a 2002
Ford Mustang was traveling south on Las Vegas Boulevard before the vehicle lost control and exited the
roadway to the right. The Mustang then began to rollover in the landscaping area at 3855 N Las Vegas
Boulevard. The driver of the Mustang was ejected from the vehicle. The driver and passenger were both
transported to UMC Trauma. The driver sustained critical injuries and the passenger sustained serious
injuries. The collision remains under investigation by the LVMPD accident Investigation Section.
