Shocking reversal as law enforcement drop charges against Lindsay Lohan’s alleged attacker

In a shocking reversal, law enforcement drop all charges against Linday Lohan’s alleged attacker. Lohan, who had been decrying for justice has learned that the Manhattan Police Department has told TMZ the charges have been dropped.

Police sources have stated that Lohan had claimed she had beeb attacked by a man in her Manhattan hotel after she demanded him to delete cellphone pictures he took of her.

Christian LaBella, 25, of Valley Stream, Calif., was charged Sunday with misdemeanor and assault and harassment for the blowup at the W Hotel Union Square, police said.

Lohan, 26, met LaBella while hanging out with friends at the trendy club 1Oak, although it’s unclear if she already knew him.

The pair wound up in her room at the W, where she discovered the pictures on his phone and said she wanted to delete them, sources said.

Cop sources said Lohan became enraged after noticing that Labella had snapped cell-phone shots of her as she partied into the wee hours.
Lohan snatched the phone out of LaBella’s hand and ran into another room in the suite as LaBella — described as a friend of a friend — gave chase, sources said.

When Lohan refused to hand the phone over to him, LaBella allegedly threw her down on the bed and scratched her. She ran out of the 15th floor room and down several flights of stairs.

When she began walking back up the stairs, she encountered the suspect — who then allegedly choked her from behind and threw her to the floor.

Police said the “Mean Girls” actress, who is on probation in a necklace theft case, pulled the fire alarm to summon help.

Cops who responded spoke to Lohan and began looking for LaBella, who was stuck in the stairwell because the alarm disabled the elevators.

As he exited, police grabbed him. Lohan identified him as her attacker and he was taken to the 13th Precinct stationhouse for booking.

Lohan declined medical treatment for any injuries.

The starlet’s father, Michael Lohan, said he had not be able to reach his daughter — but he had a message for LaBella.

“Wait ’til I get this guy,” he said.

The attack was just the latest bit of drama for Lohan.

Earlier this month, she was charged with leaving the scene of an accident after clipping a cook with a borrowed Porsche outside a Chelsea club.

And last Sunday she wound up in a Manhattan emergency room with a chest infection.

Labella had been charged with two counts of misdemeanor assault and two counts of harassment.

Now Lohan is left with just a story that appears to have weaknesses given the move by police to drop charges.
