Kidnap and Battery Led to Final Arrest
Members of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and the Clark County District Attorney’s Office will meet with the media at 3:30 p.m. this afternoon, Tuesday, November 13, 2012, to discuss the capture, prosecution and sentencing of Ocean D. Fleming.
Fleming was arrested on October 12, 2011. He was charged with 23 criminal acts including assault with a deadly weapon, coercion with force, battery domestic violence with strangulation, and 19 prostitution related charges. Fleming’s criminal history with LVMPD began in January, 1996.
This media briefing will take place in the first floor media room of the LVMPD Headquarters Building, 400-B South Martin L. King Boulevard.
