Las Vegas: Yellow means proceed with caution

YELLOW MEANS PROCEED WITH CAUTION
In an effort to reduce collisions, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is taking a proactive approach to heighten awareness of Clark County commuters. Recently the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) installed flashing yellow arrows at many intersections throughout the Las Vegas Valley. The yellow flashing arrows replace the existing green left-hand turn signals at certain intersections to create
a safer, more efficient left-hand turn signal. A flashing yellow arrow means a vehicle is allowed to cautiously enter an intersection only to make the turn indicated by the arrow, however, the driver must first yield to
