Justin Beiber, plot revealed to kidnap and castrate the eighteen year old.
Justin Beiber could have been a has been if convicted criminal, Dana Martin’s conversation with hit man Tanner Ruane was successful. The conversation has been made public, in which the two psychos discuss the details to plot and kidnap the 18-year-old, castrate and strangle him, and then place a $2,500 bounty on each of Justin’s Beiber’s testicles. The recording was obtained by the news station KOAT 7 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
According to police, the macabre plan was not carried out because the convict, is serving a life sentence for rape and murder of a 15-year-old. He can be heard going over the plan to kidnap Justin Bieber and his bodyguard with hit man, Tanner Ruane, as well as discussing a third accomplice in the plot, former inmate, Mark Staake, who was allegedly roped in to execute the murder.
Mark Staake, decided to keep the plan all in the family and recruited his nephew Tanner Ruane to help him.
Justin Bieber, was just one of three victims discovered in the plot. However, his murder was to have special circumstances, police believe, because his attempt to contact Justin Bieber was not reciprocated and because he wanted the accolade that a high-profile murder would bring. The Daily Mail reports, ‘This perceived slight made Mr Martin upset, and coupled with Mr Martin’s perception of being a ‘nobody’ in prison, led him to begin plotting the kidnap and murder.’
The gang was allegedly poised to strike as Justin Bieber played sold-out concerts at New York’s Madison Square Garden on November 28 and 29.

“Mr Martin, asked if they had bags to put the testicles in, and Mr. Ruane stated that he had something. Mr. Martin, suggested hiding them somewhere, such as the engine compartment, as to avoid detection should they get pulled over.”

Tanner Ruane – who is currently being investigated for conspiracy – can be heard saying: ‘The way I work, dude, is I like to know as little as possible. Mark’s going to use one of the things you gave him to get him out of this, he’s gonna go take care of it. We went and we bought some hedge clippers. You’re gonna give me five large for each one I get.’
Dana replies: ‘He’s gonna kill the pitbulls and then you’re gonna castrate them.’
While charges are being pursued against the three, officials are chasing leads that this may not have been the only alleged kidnapping and murder attempt organized or committed by Martin, both in and out of prison.

The court papers state: “When asked to explain why victim three (Bieber) was to be killed, Mr Martin stated that victim three has a measure of fame and that he had become infatuated with him.
“Mr Martin stated he had attempted to solicit correspondence on numerous occasions and that victim three never returned in kind.
This perceived slight, made Mr Martin upset, and couple that with Mr Martin’s perception of being a ‘nobody’ in prison, led him to begin plotting the kidnap and murder.
Staake met Martin in jail and set off on his mission, following his release on probation on October 22.
New Mexico State Police have yet to decide if Martin will face charges as he is already serving life.
However a New York State Police spokesman said, cops believed Martin may be responsible for other kidnappings and murders across America.
His manager Scooter Braun said yesterday “We take every precaution to protect and ensure the safety of Justin Beiber and his fans.”
