About This Crime
• On April 13, 2013, between the hours of 9:45 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., two separate incidents occurred in the area of Belmont and Oak Park Avenues. The offender ran up to a lone female walking and attempted to force
her to accompany him to an unknown vehicle. The offender insinuates he has a knife and a gun, but none is displayed. In the first incident, the offender sexually assaulted the female. In the second incident, the offender struck the victim in the face with both his fist and foot.
About The Offender
• The offender is described as a male black, 28-35 years old, 5’10-6’0, 165-175 lbs., short black hair, medium complexion, light brown eyes, chipped or crooked teeth silver earrings in both ears. Last seen wearing all black clothing and black shoes.
• Possibly driving a 2005 4 door Ford Focus midnight blue in color

• Be aware of this situation and alert your neighbors.
• Call 911 to report any suspicious persons, vehicles or activity in your neighborhood. Travel in groups.
