The 27 year-old actress got her eviction notice, according to an un-named source who told In Touch that she, “was notified that she is no longer welcome as a tenant in the building in light of recent events,” the source added that, “At 9 p.m. on Tuesday, movers showed up and removed Amanda’s belongings from her apartment. She is officially gone from the building.”
According to a source from the NYPD, Amanda’s eviction has been in the works for weeks. Apparently residents in her building have been complaining about her incessant marijuana use and alleged obnoxious behaviour.
On May 23, officials at Bynes’ New York apartment building called the New York Police Department to report that Bynes was allegedly rolling a joint and smoking marijuana in the lobby. According to the Associated Press, when the police arrived at her apartment building and went up to confront the 27-year-old ex-Nickelodeon actress, she allegedly threw a bong out the window.
She was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment and taken for a psychiatric evaluation, but no bong was ever found. Bynes has always maintained that she does not own a “bong” and she initially said that she threw a vase out of her window. Later the actress rescinded that statement and claimed that she did not throw anything out the window.
The 27 year-old actress then went on to accuse the NYPD of mistaken arrest for possession of drugs and sexual harassment. The New York Police Department have strongly denied the sexual harassment allegations made by Bynes.
Amanda Bynes erratic behaviour has had many other celebrities coming to her aid, via the social network of Twitter, and just as many have claimed that the actress is suffering from some sort mental problem or drug addiction. Her attorney, Richard Hutton spoke to E! News and said, “Amanda is a normal client. I’ve seen no indication of anything other than that. She is fully cooperating with me.”
Despite getting thrown out of her New York apartment, Amanda Bynes still has time to keep the world informed about her latest and greatest little episodes on Twitter. As well as her “dissing” of other folks, including having a go at her dad.
She tweeted to her “fans” on Sunday, “My dad is as ugly as RuPaul! So thankful I look nothing like you both! I had nose surgery after my mug shots so my nose and I are gorgeous!”
But besides her usual “antics’ on Twitter there is one other person that Bynes is cooperating with besides her attorney. Apparently she is cooperating with her plastic surgeon. Bynes made good on her promise to have another nose job — and she’s not done yet.
She tweeted, “I’m getting one more in 3 weeks, they are short amazing surgeries done while I’m awake but under general anesthesia. It’s almost perfect.”
Bynes first revealed that she had work done on her nose via the social network site Twitter on May 5. She tweeted, “The reason I’ve asked all magazines and blogs to stop using old photos of me is I don’t look like that anymore! I had a nose job to remove skin that was like a webbing in between my eyes. I wasn’t going to tell anyone, but I look so much prettier in my new photos that I don’t want old photos used anymore!”
She added, “I’m getting one more in 3 weeks, they are short amazing surgeries done while I’m awake but under general anesthesia. It’s almost perfect.”
What wasn’t perfect though was her dissing of RuPaul along with the actresses dad. RuPaul was definitely not amused at Bynes’ claim that her “ugly” dad looked like the celebrity.
RuPaul tweeted back, “Derogatory slurs are ALWAYS an outward projection of a person’s own poisonous self-loathing @AmandaBynes”
That tweet was followed up with, “I’m a man, duh!” The “dissed” performer then went on to say that Bynes was to be pitied more than scolded.
A growing list of celebrities have publicly expressed their concern for the troubled starlet only to have Bynes lash out at them on Twitter. Lance Bass is the latest to get on the bandwagon and Bynes responded to his “concerns” on Twitter.
She tweeted, “Sorry you’re an ugly ex boy bander w/ no talent or career.”
She followed that up with another tweet that said, “I haven’t spoken to Lance Bass in 11 years. To say I have mental illness out of nowhere makes me lash out! You’re making me crazy!”
So it sounds like at least two people (maybe even three counting her dad) will not be offering Amanda Bynes a place to stay after getting thrown out of her New York apartment.
